Ingredients

    1 cup canned pumpkin
    1 lb silken tofu, lite
    2/3 cup maple syrup
    1/2 tsp salt
    3/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Directions

Add all ingredients to blender and blend on low/high until smooth and creamy. Place in fridge until it firms up.
