    2 chicken breast diced
    2 package frozen veg. with okra, carrots, celery, corn, bell peppers, onion
    1 cup chopped onion
    celery seed 1 tsp
    red pepper ground 2 tsp
    salt 1 Tbs
    2 cups whole wheat noodles
    3 potato with skin diced
    1/2 cup cabbage chopped



in large - about 8 quart soup pot cook chicken breast (diced) and onions. When done add other ingredients cook until everything is done about 30 minutes

Serving Size: makes 16 1.5 cup servings
