16 oz. no yolk egg noodles
1 tsp. cumin
1 can rinsed kidney or black beans
1-2T garlic powder
.5-1 tsp. cayenne pepper ground
1 can drained corn
1 T. ground coriander
1/3 cup catsup
Directions
350 degree oven
Use large flat casserole dish
Mix all ingredients in pot after draining noodles, then place mixed ingredients in casserole. Place in oven.
