    3.5 ozs or 100 g raw Chicken Breast, no skin
    1/2 tsp Sage, ground
    1/2 tsp grated Ginger Root
    1/8 tsp grated Garlic
    1/3 tsp Salt
    2 tsp Benefiber (optional: adds fiber and calories)
    1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (or to taste, optional; adds heat)
    1/4 cup ice Water


Mix salt, Benefiber, and sage. Add fresh ginger and garlic. In a food processor with a chopping blade attachment, add the spice mixture to the raw chicken. Slowly add the water as you pulse to mix and chop the mixture.
