Introduction

Fast, yummy, easy, filling, vegan. Fast, yummy, easy, filling, vegan.

Ingredients

    1/4 cup each brown basmati rice, wild rice blend, quinoa, brown lentils, whole wheat orzo, and barley.

    3 cups water

    1 large onion, chopped

    1 tbs olive oil

    Dash of salt, herbs and spices to taste

Directions

Cook as you would rice. I toss it all in the rice cooker and walk away.
