Introduction

Ingredients

    lean ground beef
    medium yellow onion diced
    salt
    vegetable oil
    rice and water
    tomato paste
    garlic
    baked beans
    diced tomatoes
    cayenne pepper
    mexican cheese

Directions

Brown onion and meat in 2 tblsp. vegetable oil, with salt. Then add one 16 oz can Bush's baked beans and one can Del Monte Diced tomatoes. Then add cayenne pepper
Prepare minute rice as box instructs, and add garlic and tomato paste while it is cooking.
Mix all together in fry pan and let simmer together for 5 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top

Serving Size: makes 8 - i cup servings
