Ingredients

    4 slices bacon, chopped fine
    1/4 lb margarine
    2 tbl dijon mustard
    1 12 tsp chili powder
    1/4 tsp basil
    1/4 tsp thyme
    dash liquid smoke
    1 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp oregano
    2 cloves garlic, grated
    3 tbl Old Bay seasoning
    1 tbl tabasco
    1 1/2 lb large shrimp (in shell)
    3 cups (dry) white rice, steamed

Directions

Preheat oven to 375. Steam rice. Fry bacon, drain and then add all the ingredients except for shrimp and rice. Cook over medium, mixing well, for five minutes.

Place shrimp (with shells on) in a baking dish. Pour sauce onto shrimp, mixing well to coat all of them. Spread into a single layer and bake uncovered for 20 minutes. Serve hot over rice, peeling as you go.
