Ingredients

    400g tin chickpeas
    3-4 table spoons of tahini paste or dressing (start with less and add to your desired taste)
    juice of one lemon
    2 teaspoons ground cumin seed
    3-4 garlic cloves (start with less and add to taste)
    pinch of salt if desired...

Directions

pop all ingredients into a food processor and blitz until smooth. taste and adjust flavourings to your desired taste by adding more lemon, cumin, garlic or tahini... serve with veg crudite's or warm pitta bread.
