Ingredients

    3.5 c (1 bag) Bird Eye Steamfresh Asian Medley
    20 oz (1.25 lb) Chicken Breast, no skin, cooked
    2 c Mushrooms, fresh, pieces or slices
    2 c Bok Choy, raw-shreaded
    1 c (1 small can) Water chestnuts (slices)
    3 Tbsp Szechuan Stir-Fry Sauce (House of Tsang)
    1 T chili oil
    2 clove Garlic, pressed

Directions

Fry vegetables, mushrooms, bok-choy, chicken & garlic in sauce and oil. Serve over rice (not included in calorie count).
