    1.5 cups of oats
    4 cups of water
    2 cups of soy milk
    7 packs of splenda ( I like it sweet ) or to taste

    You can add to your bowl, raisings if desire.


boil watter
add oats
wait until boils again, add cinnamon and a tbs of vanilla, stir.
add Splenda and stir.
Add milk and stir, let boil and simmer, reduce to low and taste.
