Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 cup rolled oats
    1/4 cup canned pumpkin (plain)
    1/3 cup original coconut milk (soy, almond, etc)
    1/8 tsp cinnamon
    1/8 tsp nutmeg
    1/8 tsp allspice (optional)


Directions

Combine all ingredients in small pot and bring to a boil. If desire a thinner oatmeal add additional coconut milk.
