Ingredients
-
Rice, Natural Whole Grain Brown, Uncle Ben's, 1 cup (uncooked)
Wild Rice, Cracked, 1cup (uncooked)
Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey, 16 oz
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup chopped into pieces
Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced
Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 small can
Pepper, black, 1 tsp
Sage, ground, .5 tsp
Directions
Preheat oven at 375 degrees.
Mix both rices into a 2 quart glass casserole dish and add 4 cups water.
Bake covered in oven for 45 minutes--or 1 hour if you use a metal pot. (You can also use stovetop or rice cooker method--but this way is fool-proof!)
When rice is almost done, brown ground turkey, with onion, mushrooms and celery.
Mix with rice and stir in cream of mushroom soup, black pepper and sage. Return to oven and cook covered for 15 minutes.
