Ingredients

*Yeast - Fleischmann's ActiveDry Yeast, 0.25 tsp (remove)
Water, tap, .75 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
Granulated Sugar, .25 cup (remove)
Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
*Gold Metal Better for Bread Flour, 2.5 cup (remove)
*Blue Bonnet Light Stick Margarine, 4 tbsp (remove)
Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed (remove)
Directions
In small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Let stand until creamy, about 10 minutes. In a large bowl, combine the yeast mixture with the sugar, salt and egg and 1 c flour. Stir well to combine. Stir in remaining flour, 1/2 cup at time, beating well with each addition. When the dough pulls together, turn it out onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic, abut 8 minutes Cover with a damp cloth and let rest 10 minutes.
Lightly grease an 8x8 square baking pan. Roll dough out on a lightly floured surface. 1/4 " rectangle. Smear dough with margarine and sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.. Roll up dough on long edge until it forms a roll.
Slice the roll into 9 equal pieces and place cut side up in pan coated with cooking spray. Cover pan, and let rise until doubled in volume, about 45 mins
Serving Size: 9 servings, Bake at 400 until golden, about 20 mins.
