A rich banana milkshake made with soy milk for nutritional benefits. You actually can't taste the soy just the rich banana and vanilla bean icecream. The spices give it an extra something amazing. Ingredients

    banana- 2 med to large
    nutmeg
    cinnimon
    vanilla extract
    honey
    vanilla bean ice cream- 2 scoops
    soy milk- 1 to 2 cups (I used 2/3)

Directions

cut banana into chunks add to blender then add ice cream, soy milk, spices, and honey and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and serve immediatley for thicker shake use frozen banana chunks or let sit in freezer 10 min after you blend. Dont over blend. Enjoy
