Introduction

Borrowed the basic recipe from someone else on this site, but changed a couple of ingredients to make a bit healthier for my family. Borrowed the basic recipe from someone else on this site, but changed a couple of ingredients to make a bit healthier for my family.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2lb 93% lean ground turkey
    1 large onion, chopped
    4 cloves garlic, pressed
    2 cans Hormel Turkey Chili w/ Beans
    1 can black beans
    2 cans organic diced tomatoes
    2 packets McCormick Chili Seasoning (reduced sodium)

Directions

Brown the beef with the onion and garlic. Pour all canned ingredients into slow cooker. Stir in chili seasoning. Add cooked beef mixture and stir to combine. Set to low and cook for as long as you want. The longer it cooks, the better it tastes. I will serve this with a dollop of fat-free sour cream and a few chopped green onions. Delicious!!
