Introduction

This makes two very tasty pancakes. You can double and triple it for a family. This is so good I pre make them and reheat them when I'm on the go in the morning. This makes two very tasty pancakes. Ingredients

    1 egg
    1 tsp coconut oil(unrefined)
    1 tsp aluminum free baking powder
    2.5 Tbl Whey Protein(I used Jillian Michaels Vanilla by Pure Protein)
    *optional 1 tsp flax meal

Directions

Use nonstick skillet. Pour half the mix into the skillet. Cook untill sides bubble and flip. They may break at first untill you get the hang of knowing the time. Serve with sugar free syrup.
