Ingredients

    2 Boneless Chicken Breasts Chopped
    2 Tbs. Lite Soy Sauce
    1 Tsp. Peanut Oil
    1/2 Head Cabbage Thinly Sliced
    1/2 Cup Julienne Carrots
    1 Cup Broccoli Flowerettes
    1/2 Thinly Sliced Onion
    1 Tsp. Chopped Garlic
    1 Bottle Stir Fry Sauce

Directions

Place Chicken in ziplock bag and add soy sauce. Mix well and allow to marinate. Add oil to skillet or wok and heat to medium high. Add chicken and stir until lightly brown. Add vegetable and stir. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes. When vegetables are cooked to light snap, add stir fry sauce and mix thoroughly. When sauce begins to bubble, serve over rice.
