Ingredients

    1 box of elbow noodles
    two cans stewed tomatoes
    1 cup of shredded mexican cheese
    (optional 1/2 cup american cheese)

Directions

boil noodles, drain and place back in pan with tomatoes. Cook on low heat stir in cheese . Cheese will melt and leave a creamy texture. Salt and pepper to taste.
