This is just for the chicken salad mix, to add to whatever. It contains extra veggies and spiciness to add more flavor.

Ingredients

    Canned chicken, 18 oz
    8 spoons lowfat mayo
    Curry powder and garlic grill mates, to taste
    3 stalks celery
    6 oz salad mix or lettuce
    2 green onions, chopped


Directions

Drain chicken, chop veggies. Spoon mayo into large bowl, add other ingredients and spices to taste.
Experiment with more veggies as needed!


Serve with bread or tortillas, not included in cals

Serving Size: Makes around 12 sandwiches
