Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2 10.75 oz cans of condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 10.75 oz can of condensed cream of celery soup
    1 oz pakage dry onion soup mix
    1 tsp garlic powder
    2.5 cups non fat milk
    10 pounds potatoes, peeled and sliced
    2 tsps salt (optional)
    1 tsp black pepper
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (may use reduced fat)

Directions

Makes 10 servings
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. In a medium bowl whisk together mushroom soup, celery soup, onion soup mix, garlic powder and milk.
3. In a large roasting pan, layer potatoes and soup mix, ending with the soup mix. Season with salt and pepper; sprinkle cheese over the top.
4. Bake in a preheated oven for 60 to 80 minutes, or until potatoes are cooked. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.

    Did not make these yet.. but if you wish to make it faster you can precook the potatoes by boiling them for about 15 mins and decease the cooking time in the oven for about 20 mins. - 12/30/07
