Ingredients

1 head cauliflower
1 red pepper
1 avocado
1/2 c coconut (or other non dairy) milk
1 clove garlic
1 scallion
juice of 1 lime (about 2T)
1 T honey
1 tsp miso
Directions
Process cauliflower in food processor using s blade. Add pepper for last few seconds. Remove to large bowl.
For dressing blend together remaining ingredients adding the milk (or water) until desired consistency is achieved.
Chill and serve.
