Introduction

1 loaf frozen bread-Ready-Dough
1 egg
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 garlic salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 small package pepperoni 4oz.
8 oz. shredded provolone cheese

Ingredients

    Thaw bread, do not let rise. 1 loaf make 2 breads. Flatten 1/2 loaf into rectangle. Mix egg and seasonings together. Brush egg mixture on bread, cover with pepperoni and cheese, toll long side to center, seal ends, slash top in 3 places. Brush tops with remaining egg mixture.

Directions

Bake at 350 degrees fir 25-30 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 2 loaves.
