A cake made out of fresh pears or apples... A cake made out of fresh pears or apples...

Ingredients

    11/2 cups oil
    2 cups sugar
    2 eggs(well beaten)
    3 cups Pears or Tart Apples
    2 teaspoons Vanilla
    3/4 teaspoon Salt
    1 cup Pecans(chopped)
    3 cups Flour
    2 teaspoons Cinnamon
    1 teaspoon Baking Soda

Directions

Mix by hand - Beat eggs & add sugar, oil & vanilla... Then add dry ingredients... Bake @ 325* for 1 1/2 hours...

Serving Size: makes a 9X13 inch cake
