Ingredients

    5 C carrots slices (or 273 cal of carrots)
    salt
    cinnamon/ ginger
    chicken or chicken flavor broth
    maple flavor
    no-cal sweetener of your choosing
    .5 C raisins

Directions

boil carrots in broth till soft, them mash em up with all the other ingredients. If you are pureeing them, mix in the raisins after.
