Ingredients

    1/2 lb extra lean ground beef, browned, drained and rinsed
    1 Cup cooked beans
    1 Cup shredded 2% cheddar
    1 Small can red enchilada sauce
    7 corn tortillas

Directions

After cooking beef, mash in beans and mix well. Steam tortillas and fill with meat and bean mix. Cover with cheese and enchilada sauce. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes
