Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    *Andouille Sausage, 2 serving (remove)
    El Pollo Loco, Spciy Chipotle, 1 serving (remove)
    *Kirkland Organic Chicken Broth, 4 cup (remove)
    White Wine, 2 fl oz (remove)
    Onions, raw, .50 cup, chopped (remove)
    Garlic, 4 cloves (remove)
    Beans, red kidney, 2 cup (remove)
    Kale, 2 cup, chopped (remove)

Directions

Sautee chipotle, onions and garlic until soft
Add sausage and brown 3 minutes
Add seasonings of choice (cumin, tumeric optional)
Add beans, broth, and wine
Bring to boil and simmer for 10 minutes
Add kale and simmer 10 minutes more

Serving Size: makes 6 1 cup servings
