    2 C. Cooked Spaghetti Squash
    1 C. Pinto Beans
    ˝ C Yellow Sweet Corn kernels
    1 Red Pepper, chopped
    1 C. chopped Red Onion
    ˝ C. Black Beans
    1 chopped Jalapeno Pepper
    1 C stewed tomatoes or 1 fresh tomato, chopped
    1C Reduced Fat Four Cheese Mexican blend

Directions

Layer, bake at 350 covered for 20 min. Uncover, bake an additional 15 min until top is bubbling. Let sit for 10 min then serve.
