Number of Servings: 12

    2 packages jello (strawberry/raspberry; raspberry/wild cherry; lemon/lime)
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 can carnation milk
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1 package graham wafer crumbs
    2 tbsp margarine

Combine jello powder with sugar/substitute and 1 cup boiling water. Set aside to jell, but not firm.
When jello mixture is almost set, put carnation milk and lemon juice in large bowl and beat at high speed. It will be noticed immediately the milk gets thick as it were whipping cream.
When sufficiently thick, combine the jello with milk mixture and continue to beat until well mixed.
Crush sufficient wafers to cover the bottom of a 13x9 pan. Combine wafers with margarine and pat into bottom of dish.
Pour mixture of jello on top. Sprinkle additional wafers over everything.
Allow to set in refrigerator overnight.
