My husband loves to cook and so he created this recipe in an effort to help me with my diet. You can use canned pineapple and powdered ginger and garlic if you prefer, or add more veggies. Ingredients

    Beef, top sirloin
    Bell Pepper – any color
    Yellow onion
    Carrot
    Pineapple, fresh or canned
    Pineapple Juice
    Sesame Oil
    Garlic
    Ginger
    Catsup
    Honey
    Rice Vinegar
    Dijon Mustard
    Worcestershire sauce
    Corn Starch


Directions

Cube beef. Cut vegetables and pineapple into bite-size pieces. Shred ginger and chop garlic. Add sesame oil to frying pan, add beef, pepper, onion and carrot and stir-fry over high heat until vegetables are just tender, then add the pineapple, garlic and ginger to the pan.

Dissolve corn starch in 1/4 cup of water. Mix in catsup, honey, vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and pineapple juice. Add these ingredients to the pan, heat until sauce thickens. Serve over brown rice.
