Ingredients

    2 tbsp butter (I used my own homemade unsalted)
    2 tbsp Cream Cheese
    2 Tbsp Heavy Cream
    2 Tbsp Chopped Green onions
    8 oz (One bag) shirataki noodles
    1/2 oz parmesan cheese grated

Directions

whisk melted butter, cream cheese, heavy cream and green onions together until warm. Pour over cleaned and drained noodles, sprinkle parm cheese over to taste.

Add in - 1/4 cup broccoli - 6 net carbs
Add in - 4 large shrimp - 5 net carbs
