Ingredients

    2 whole, medium ripe red tomatos

    1 cucumber

    6 cups spring mix salad

    1 cup cremini mushrooms

    0.5 cup seasoned croutons

    4 tbsp salad fat free italian dressing

Directions

Chop tomato & cucumber. Slice up 1 cup of mushrooms. Mix everything together in a large bowl.
