Ingredients

    1 16 oz. carton egg beaters
    1 package lite turkey sausage or meatless sausage links (cooked and chopped)
    1 package refrigerate biscuit dough (10 biscuits)

Directions

Makes 10 breakfast biscuits

spray muffin tin with PAM
place 1 biscuit on the bottom of each muffin tin and press down to fill the bottom of the tin

put 1 link worth of chopped sausage on top of the biscuit

pour egg beaters over the biscuit and sausage until tin is 3/4 full

bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes or until you can stick a knife in and it comes out clean

**this also works with a little cheese on top or with spinach instead of sausage****

*these can be frozen and reheated in the microwave for a quick easy breakfast*
