Introduction

Ingredients

    In a roasting pan, mix all ingredients together adding spices as desired. Let the cranberries cook with the stuffing mix and dont add sugar.

    INGRIENTS:
    1 lb wheat stuffing bread - dried
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    45 gram reduced sodium black olives
    6 oz fresh cranberried - unsweetened
    3 to 4 cups of home made low sodium chicken stock
    add condiments as desired
    mix toroughly
    cook in a 350 degree (F) until desired crispness is attained

Tips

The tartness of the cranberries is incredible. No one wants to add sugar.


Directions

Place in a uncovered roasting pan and cook at 350 degrees

serve with gravy if desired. Gravy is not calculated for this recipie.
