Ingredients

    1 Cup Salad oil (I used 3/4 Cup Canola and add water)
    1/3 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
    1/4 Cup Large Curd Cottage Cheese
    3 Tbsp Sugar (I use raw or evaporated cane sugar)
    1 tsp Onion flakes or juice (I just chop red onion)
    1 tsp Dry Mustard
    1 tsp Poppy seeds
    1 tsp Salt

Directions

Add ingredients to blender. Pulse several times and until mixed well but not entirely smooth. Pour into serving container. Keep refridgerated.

Serving Size: Yields about 15 fluid oz or 15 servings of 2 Tsbp
