    1/4 cup smart balance margarine, melted
    1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp prepared mustard
    1/4 tsp salt sense
    1/8 tsp coarsely ground black pepper


1. Heat convection toaster oven set to broil.

2. Mix together melted margarine, worcestershire sauce and mustard.

3. Season steak with salt and pepper. Brush margarine mixture on one side of steak.

4. Broil for 15 minutes on one side. TIP: Adding a little water to the bottom of the broiler pan will reduce smoking.

5. Turn steak over and brush with more sauce. Broil for 15 minutes longer for medium or until cooked to desired doneness.
