Ingredients

3 cup(s) all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp table salt
2 1/4 tsp yeast, 1 pkg.
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 cup(s) water, very warm 120 - 130 degrees
Tips
Make sure you need the dough at least 5 min. constantly turning. Don't underwork it, but don't overwork it either or it will become tough.
Directions
In large bowl mix 1cup of flour, the sugar, salt and yeast. Add oil and warm water. Beat with electric hand mixer on medium speed 3 minutes scraping bowl frequently. Stir in enough remaining flour until dough is soft and leaves sides of bowl. Place any remaining flour on surface and work ball of dough into the flour kneading 5 - 8 minutes. Add more flour if needed. Dough should be smooth and springy. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for at least 30 min in warm place.
