Ingredients

    3 oz cooked shrimp
    1/4 cup of feta cheese
    1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
    3 med. crimini mushrooms sliced
    1/2 cup red bell pepper diced
    2 jumbo kalamata olives sliced
    1/4 cup cucumber diced
    2 tbsp Newman's Balsamic Vinaigrette

Tips

You can add more or less vegetables. I like a lot of cucumber.


Directions

Tossed shrimp in hot skillet with pam and garlic herb seasoning.
