    Shrimp cooked & peeled tail on Aqua Star, 1 lb
    Broccoli, fresh, 2 bunch
    Ketchup, Heinz, 2 tbsp
    Brown Sugar, 1 tbsp brownulated
    Lemon juice Goya, 1 tbsp
    Olive oil Vigo, 2 tbsp
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 0.25 tsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp


If you use uncooked shrimp, you will need to allow time to cook it before adding to mixture.


Stir fry broccoli in olive oil. Meantime mix ketchsup, brown sugar, lemon juice, cayenne pepper & garlic powder together in bowl, add shrimp. Mix well & sit aside for 10 to 15 minutes (cooked shrimp). Prepare brown rice (precooked variety) and set aside. Add shrimp mixture to broccoli & heat through. Pour over 1 cup of brown rice & serve.

Serving Size: Makes 2 servings 1 cup each
