Ingredients

    1 (12 oz.) bag Ronzoni wide whole grain noodles
    1 T. salt
    8 oz. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 T. butter
    2 c. frozen peas
    2 (6 oz.) cans tuna in water
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Fit & Active cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. grated cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. skim milk
    salt & pepper to taste
    1 c. breadcrumbs

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook pasta until al dente. Dry saute mushrooms about 10 minutes. Saute onions and butter and place in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Add all other ingredients except bread crumbs. Top with bread crumbs and cook for 20 minutes.
