    Cauliflower, raw, 2 floweret
    Onions, raw, 1 small
    Baby Carrots, raw, 5 medium
    Broccoli, fresh, 0.5 cup, chopped or diced
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium
    *Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp

Tips

you can omit soy sauce or use low salt soy sauce


Directions

heat oil in wok at in hard vegetables first then the softer ones and soy sauce and cook till desired donenesi like mine crisper
