    Celery, raw, .25 cup, diced (remove)
    Black Olives, 9 jumbo (remove)
    Bread, pita, whole-wheat, 1 pita, small (4" dia) (remove)
    *Green Beans French style, .25 cup (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, .5 Italian tomato (remove)
    Balsamic Vinegar 1 Tablespoon

Directions

dice vegetables & olives, drain & flake tuna, sprinkle with balsamic vinegar.
put pita in toaster - it will puff open - split top of pita - stuff salad inside pita - enjoy while pita is warm...
