Introduction

Looks awful, tastes pretty good. Really, seriously hard to argue with nutritional content. Spinach turns it green. Just have to ignore that. YOu can't tast the spinach. Ingredients

    6-8 Ice Cubes
    1/2 cup sugar free almond milk - vanilla flavor
    1 scoop whey power - I like choc/peanut flavor
    2 tbs fresh ground flax seeds
    1 cup fresh spinach
    to taste, additionally: peanut butter, banana, vanilla

Tips

serve in dark glass with straw so you can't see the green. You'll never know there's spinach in there.

blend for 30 seconds with 6-8 ice cubes
