    6-8 apples (stayman, fuji, or granny smith) cored and chopped--at least 4 cups
    1 cup fresh cranberries
    1 cup light cranberry or apple juice
    1 cup oats
    2 tablespoons light margarine
    1/4 cup Splenda brown sugar blend
    1 tablespoon cinnamon or apple pie spice
    2 packets Splenda


Serve with yogurt or low fat whipped topping.


Chop apples and place in large glass baking pan. Add washed cranberries on top. Sprinkle with 2 packets splenda and cinnamon. Pour cranberry juice on top of fruit.

In microwave, heat margarine and Splenda brown sugar blend for 30 seconds in a microwave safe bowl. Remove from microwave and stir in 1 cup (or more) oats until all are coated. Then spread over the fruit mixture.

Cook in 350 degree oven for 30-45 minutes until golden brown on top and fruit is soft.
