Ingredients

    1 1/3 cup of Flax Meal
    2/3 cup of Almond Meal
    3 Egg whites
    2 Eggs
    3 tbsp of Olive or Sunflower Oil
    3 tsp Baking Powder
    Salt to taste
    1-2 tbsp of water

    Flavor to your liking with herbs and spices

Directions

Mix dry ingredients
add wet ingredients to dry
Spread into Silicone Pie Tin
Bake @ 375 for 18-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
