Ingredients

    1 Can of each:
    chickpeas
    black beans
    diced tomatoes (I add 2 cans)
    corn (smaller can)
    chicken (OR pull rotisserie chicken)

    1 packet of low-sodium taco seasoning
    1 carton of low-sodium fat free chicken stock/broth
    Enough water to your preferred thickness of chili

    Add fresh onions and peppers as desired.

Tips

Add some shredded cheese on top or a spoonful of Greek yogurt (sour cream substitute) on top.


Directions

Throw in a pot and heat through.
