Ingredients

    2 cup long grain Jasmine rice
    1 cup medium grain brown/black rice
    1 cup raisins
    1 cup packed brown sugar
    6 cups almond milk
    1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
    1 tsp freshly grated nutmeg

Tips

The addition of the black rice just gives a different texture to the pudding and looks a bit fancier. Serve with a little extra almond milk if desired to thin it out and an extra sprinkle of cinnamon for good health.


Directions

Place all ingredients into a slow cooker that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Cover and cook on high for two hours or until rice is fully cooked and milk has been absorbed.
