Ingredients

¼ cup Lime Juice, Fresh
¼ cup Honey
¼ cup Mint, Fresh, chopped
3 pounds Cantaloupe, halved and seeded
12 ounces Strawberries, hulled and halved
4 medium Kiwis, peeled and cut into 1/2" pieces
1 ½ cups Grapes, Seedless
Tips
* Feel free to add additional types of fruit. Blueberries are great.
* The fruit salad can be prepared in advance. I often make it the day before I serve it so the flavors have time to mesh together.
Directions
1. Whisk lime juice, honey, and mint in a large bowl to blend
2. Using a melon baller, scoop out the cantaloupe.
3. Add all fruit to syrup in bowl; toss to combine.
4. Let stand 15 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
5. Spoon fruit into goblets -OR- cover and chill until ready to serve.
