    Irish Oatmeal (McCann's), 1 cup
    Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz)
    Apple - Honeycrisp, medium, 2 serving
    Almonds, .5 cup, ground
    Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 8 tsp (packets)
    Cinnamon, ground, 2 tbsp
    Honey, 2 tbsp


Combine Oatmeal, water and cinnamon in crock pot set on warm for 8-10 hours (I do this overnight). Cut up two apples and combine with 8 tsp (packets) of splenda and microwave for 1-1.5 minutes in microwave. On medium heat, in a small shallow pan cook almonds in honey for about 4 minutes. Add apples and almonds to oatmeal and enjoy.
