Ingredients

    *center cut pork chops
    *3/4 c. soy sauce
    *1/4 c. lemon juice
    *1 Tlbsp. brown sugar
    *1 Tlbsp. chili sauce
    *1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Tips

I listed thai chili sauce because I could not find Heinz or any other kind of regular chii sauce on the list that we chose from. the reciper calls for reg. chili sauce.


Directions

Directions: In a large resealable bag, mix the soy sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, chili sauce, and garlic powder. Place the pork chops into the bag, carefully seal the bag, and marinate for 6-12 hours in the refrigerator. Turn the bag over about halfway throught.
Preheat an outdoor grill on high heat. Arrange pork chops on the highly greased grate, and cook 5 to 7 minutes on each side, until the internal temperture reaches 160 degrees F (70 degrees C.)
