    2 Tbsp Olive Oil
    1/2 cup Brown Rice, medium grain
    1/2 cup TruRoots Organic Quinoa
    4 cup Kirkland Organic Chicken Broth
    3 sprigs Thyme, fresh
    1 cup Peas, frozen


Can replace with any vegetables for peas. Also can add sauted mushrooms.


Heat olive oil in saucepan. Rinse Quinoa. Brown rice in oil and add quinoa. Add broth and thyme and bring to boil. Turn down to simmer and finish until rice is done. Add peas and stir. Serve
